Important Updates & Reminders
CARGO COLLECTION
Cargo typically arrives on Tuesdays. Due to high volume of packages that arrive each week, we recommend collecting your cargo on Thursdays or as soon as you receive a notification from ICS.
INVOICE REQUIREMENTS
Customers with a mailbox subscription are advised to send their invoice in advance or hand in your invoice once your cargo has arrived on Saba. The sooner the better! Customers without a mailbox subscription will need to forward all invoices before their package can be shipped from Miami.
HAZARDOUS ITEMS
Certain products are classified as hazardous materials and may require additional processing and approvals.
Please note that hazardous shipments may be flagged and can experience delays beyond normal transit times.
EZZYSHIP UPDATE
Please note that Ezzyship cargo arrives once per week via Blessings. Ezzyship is currently in discussions with Winair regarding the return of air freight services. We will keep customers informed of any updates as they become available.
