ICS is functioning as intermediary only when placing orders. ICS is not responsible for late delivery, non delivery or delivery of damaged products to the customer. ICS is not responsible for delivery of products different than was ordered (mistake made during packing of article, like size or color of products). ICS will not be held responsible for the (inferior) quality of products ordered.
Payment
Customer is required to pay at least 75% of the total amount, when ordering products. Balance shall be paid upon arrival of product.

Delivery of Goods
Delivery of goods is dependent on delivery of goods by the company where product was ordered. ICS is not responsible for non-or late delivery of product ordered. In case the product is not available, the amount paid when placing order will be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all extra costs not specified when ordering product (tax, transportation costs, etc.).
Customer will be notified as soon as product arrives. Customer can then pick up goods or have it delivered (a charge will be included).
In case the goods ordered are not picked up within 14 days after notification or in case of non-payment of outstanding balance, ICS has the right to either sell or destroy goods, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prices
In general, ICS will charge an amount of 30% for administration costs, with a minimum of $15, added to the total amount of the product ordered. For heavy products (car parts, machinery) a surcharge may be applicable. For computers, laptops, small printers with an amount in excess of US$ 500, administration costs of a minimum of $75 will be charged.
When placing your order, ICS will fax or email the quote to the customer for customer to sign for approval.
Customer is responsible for all additional costs, charged in the country where the product is shipped to. Such as: import duties, additional taxes and other costs.
